I am in the market for a new bike.....lost my '07 Road King in a recent divorce.......local dealer has a new 09 Vegas for $14,442 out the door....I like the looks of the bike, sounds like power to spare.....questions: Victory Reliablity, overall satisfaction with the choice of your Vegas...sound like a decent deal on the bike?

Any AND all responses are Greatly appreciated

Sorry about the bike

Sorry to hear about the bike, I am still riding my first bike and I guess I am not the best person to ask about prices considering I got mine as a gift and I am sure it was way less than that but it is also not as cool of a bike. I ride a Suzuki GS500E 2002. I love it. I hear it is more of a beginners bike that you don't mind keeping after you get good. I still love it riding it for 3 plus years now. If you do get the new bike feel free to post your routes at this site, allstate insurance route map, or allstate insurance motorcycle. I am an advocate for allstate and thus the titles. Keeps cost down. Anyways they are good sites for mapping and you can share them with your friends or just privatize them for yourself. Have fun and good luck with the new bike search/purchase.

I bought my 2007 Jackpot Premium brand new in Dec for $13,500. The same dealer just sold a 2007 Jackpot Ness for $14,800 (brand new left over). Get on the website and ask for info, state that you are looking to buy in the next few months, I did and Victory sent me a coupon for $500 off.

I have an '07 Jackpot and have had absolutely no issues with it. Oil, gas and go. I love it. In fact I like it so much I kept it when we bought the new '09 Vision in November. If I wasn't completely convinced Victory is the best cruiser on the market, I wouldn't have bought a second one.

I've owned two Victorys. The first one was an 03 Vegas and the second was an 07 8 Ball. I only traded the first one in because I wanted the totally blacked out look of the 8 Ball. I really enjoyed riding both bikes and never had an issue out of either of them. My biggest issue was lack of dealer support. I live in Ohio and had to take the bike nearly two hours away in order to get any sort of factory support. Luckily, I didn't have to use them very much.

The bikes themselves, especially the 07, were awesome. I had a Lloydz controller put on mine, a PMRT intake and a set of SRVT Ace pipes put on, and it laid down 100.3 HP on the dyno, so yeah, it had plenty of power.

If you've got a dealer near you, they are a great bike, however, for the price they're asking, I think you could get a better dea.

Victory's are pretty much bullet proof and that includes bumping the CI and compression with the Lloydz kits.

I have an 06 with 25k on it and not one single problem!

A guy posted on the VMC Jackpot Only thread showing his '06 JP with only 16K and he lives in Georgia. I've got almost that many on my '07, I missed out on riding last year because of my shoulder and I live in Montana for criminey sakes.
