I was inspired by another rider to remove the baffle after a brief Q&A on how hard it was. Turns out it is really easy. Take the end cap off, spray some lubricant, and yank. I used an old piece of phone wire and figured it would stick pretty good in there. Braced my foot against the tire to keep the bike from moving and yanked. Almost fell over it came out so easy. I think what really worked in my favor was the exhaust was still hot from riding home. Sound clip and pic of the baffle.
