They are National Cycle Cruise Liners, they bolt on with 2 bolts but there is a 1/4 turn fastener kit avaliable. Yes, still have them

Yes the fender is a direct bolt on, 4 bolts I believe. The fender is BRAND NEW, $250.00 + shipping
