Hi Vision owners,

I need your advice, a friend has a 2015 Vision, complete stock, only the exhaust is drilled & welded for more sound ...

he wants the same as in my signature all the power upgrades, soo I need your opinions regarding the following to be ordered;

Lloydz Performance Cams 2009 – 2015= USD 520.00
Lloydz Adjustable Timing System = USD 147.00
Cam Cover Gasket LLOYDZ = USD 20.00
PCV Fits 09- Up Vision = USD 379.79
AutoTune (Dual Channel) = USD 396.77
EBC Sintered Front Pads-08-Up Vision = USD 46.39
EBC Sintered Rear Pads Most 08-UP = USD 39.41
NGK Spark Plug 2008- Up = USD 12.48 (2x $ 6.24)
a. Filter Air Vision Performance = USD 139.95
b. Vision Air Filter = USD 94.95
Oil Drain Plug Magnetic = USD 33.95
LLoydz 1/4 turn Throttle Ring = USD 19.95
Lloydz Idle Air Valve = USD 76.99

So anything I forget?
Does he need IAV ?
What Airfilter is the best / nicest for Vision ?
What Cams # HOH-VM1-DR i presume ?
He will need a base MAP with 6400 RPM & Cams & AirFilter srom somebody, hope you guys can help him out ?
His exhaust is only drilled / welded for more sound, what are you guys running for exhaust ?

Thanks guys ....

no need for IAV. How dusty is the country down there. If you have a lot of dust and dirt in the air stock filter would be best. If you do Lloydz top filter clean it once or twice a year.
If you have a good dyno tuner down there ship the auto tune and just have it dynoed.

Write Rylan at the vic shop for map. Tell him about exhaust and cams. Ask about a better exhaust

Thanks VJ ... So my list is pretty complete u think ??

Yes Asia is dusty but I'm running TT and the oil analysis seems ok for dust particles in the oil ..

That Lloyds TOP filter is BLUE so that doesn't seem fair as the K&N oil is RED .... But i like the look of that TOP filter ...

Sadly no DYNO here so only option is to get a GOOD map and buy a autotune with the package....

PAULIE ..... Haaaa hope you can get me some serious discount when the guy wants to do the list above ????

not sure your or his exhaust is any good. Stock with holes doesn't produce much.

Stock exhaust may actually have more power if there isn't enough back pressure. I say that since my bike had cored exhaust done by the dealer and while it sounded great, it actually ran better when I jamed the Thrush mufflers in them. He may be able to find some used stage 1 or Ness big honkers.

I'm not sure if the exhaust can fit into his budget, the bill will be around 2K including shipping ...

Also not sure if to do a under-drive-pulley for his vision (we still have 1 stock here for narrow tire bikes, never used) .... Last time the pulley tooth bent on another vision, and to fit the reversed gear need to do plenty job tooooo

What are Trush mufflers ? Do they fit inside the original exhaust ??

His video isn't that bad and maybe he made it a bigger job than what it is. Keep in mind someone had already been in them mufflers.
Rylan at the vic shop say S1's are not that good.
With a chop saw and a good welder I'm thinking you could do both mufflers in a day and a few beers. That DMILLER had good dyno numbers with his thrush mufflers. You might be able to find some used thrush mufflers if you have craigslist over there
