My conversion chart only goes to a -30 Celsius which is -22 Fahrenheit. But - 37 degrees C is -34.6 degrees F. I lived outside for a month in snowdrift caves in weather like that. Extreme cold weather training.

The coldest ever recorded where I live is -17 in 1933. The was 90 years ago. The last time the temperature got below 0 was in 1989. It dropped down to a -1. That was 34 years ago and a year or two ago we dropped down to 2 degrees. This morning it dropped down to 12 degrees. The hottest day ever recorded was 114 degrees on June 27.1994. I remember that day well. I dug 2 post holes 4 foot deep and put in a gate to my property. Now 69 miles northwest of me on February the 4th of 2022 it was -12 degrees. It was a +10 here.
114 degrees ! It must have been about that when I visited the 4 corners a few years back and I pretty much melted....I am not built for heat.

We have been getting rain this May and the weather has been cooler than a average May. Dryland farmers should have plenty of moisture to plant. I did manage to smoke 2 briskets yesterday for 12 hours without rain. Cooked them for the weekend. Now we will see in I can get a couple of racks of ribs done by Sunday afternoon. May just have to cook them in the oven.
