WOW. Could be your Bike radio too but my wifes SUV sirius radio has been expired for 2 months. We called Sirius back then and said DO NOT renew this but it remained activated. Resently, They told her they would just bill our credit card. She said absolutely not. Well, they sent us a bill in the mail for $22.00. She called and firmly but politely explained and told them to "forget it, they aren't getting that $22. They said they would offer us a better deal. She said no thanks to the first offer, And No to second offer. Well, the next offer was for $25.00 for 6 months. She said No but she sure was interested so they came back with same price for another 6 months. 12 total for $50.00 plus tax. That's all she could take and she bit hook, line and sinker. Total savings of over $200 bucks.thumb up

Stand firm and call multiple times to refuse. They document calls in your account info. In the end, they hopefully will offer you a great deal too.

It's so true. I've had the free XM for 3 months on a new car before, and after the 3 months expired, I didn't take them on any of their offers to renew. However, as pointed out, the offers got lower and lower. I believe the lowest was at $5/mo, but this is a few years ago. Your wife did well! Thanks for sharing with us.

I wish I could say "no thanks" when I go to the gas station, but that trick doesn't work there. :ltr:
