The stering stem on most all h-d springers is longer then our necks. So you would have to make a spacer of some sort. Or if your lucky and the springer has a removable stem you could get one made.
By the way a springer front end doesn't really give a good ride

Thanks, I did a little more research and found that there is one out there made by paughco that is suppose to be a direct fit, but it is wat more than the ones made for Harley. Will have to put it off for a while longer.

Thats a lot of money for a front end that doesn't work that well.
Take your time and think about it. Find some h-d riders and see what they can tell you
