I need to replace the upgraded speakers that came with the Victory high-watt stereo upgrade I got a few years ago. Where would I find replacements, or, what speakers can replace those upgraded speakers and handle the power output of the upgraded stereo?

Polk DB 522s should work if you are cheap and better than the kickers. Fosgate 300?

Thanks for the suggestion. Those do look like they'll do the job and the wattage specification is certainly more than enough to handle the amp's output of 50 watts RMS per channel. Some questions at this point:

1. Are the Polk speakers a drop-in replacement?

2. Will they fit in the stock baffles?

3. Do I even need the stock baffles? (The upgraded 3-way Victory speakers did not use the stock baffles so it makes me wonder if the entire fairing can act as a baffle with these, or another brand of 5-1/4" speaker.)

If you have any more info or suggestions, I'd be most grateful. I'm a Polk Audio fan and would be inclined to buy these if the install was relatively pain-free.
