I did this job , do not rotate tubes to work them down !!! You WILL leave permanent scratches in the tubes and they will look like **** ! I cut 4 small wedges out of a 2x4 and gently tapped them into the spaces in the tree separating them just enough so the tubes would easily drop down , go just far enough so the led's slide over the top of the tubes . After this , its simplicity . As VJ said you must lift the bike off the ground . Good luck , and have a buddy there for an extra set of hands , this will help immensely .

 

Have not done this yet for fear of scratching forks.

 

Mobs , do it like I did ... You will not scratch them . Took me 5 min. to fab up a couple wedges ...

 

what colour wires are the power and ground that are on the right indicator
